Ticket for Concert!
- If you have been successfully verified for CARAT MEMBER - VERIFIED FAN PRESALE, you will receive a unique access code via text message. (This is different from the confirmation email)
- Only after the system confirms that you are an official CARAT MEMBERSHIP holder and information you have submitted is valid,
you will be verified.
- Access code for CARAT MEMBER - VERIFIED FAN PRESALE will be sent in the evening on May 31(Local Time).
- Please note that receiving an access code does not guarantee tickets. Tickets will be available on a first-come-first-served basis.

on Weverse to participate in the PRESALE?
Yes. You will be eligible to participate in the PRESALE after applying for CARAT MEMBER - VERIFIED FAN PRESALE on Weverse first and registering for Ticketmaster Verified Fan. However, participating in the PRESALE does not guarantee the tickets to the shows.
5. Do I have to register for Ticketmaster Verified Fan?
Yes. For CARAT MEMBER - VERIFIED FAN PRESALE, you must apply for CARAT MEMBER - VERIFIED FAN PRESALE on Weverse first and register for Ticketmaster Verified Fan. If you applied for only CARAT MEMBER - VERIFIED FAN PRESALE or only registered for Ticketmaster Verified Fan (and not both), you cannot participate in CARAT MEMBER - VERIFIED FAN PRESALE.
6. Where can I get a ticket for each show?

7. How do I participate in the PRESALE for concert on Ticketmaster?
You can participate in the PRESALE by visiting Ticketmaster from 3PM, Wed, June 1(Local Time), and entering your access code. Please note that you must enter your access code correctly to participate in the PRESALE.
8. How do I participate in the presale for the Houston, TX concert on AXS.com?
You can participate in the presale by registering via Weverse and Ticketmaster Verified Fan, then visiting AXS.com on Wednesday, June 1 at 3PM local time and entering your presale access code.
Please note you must enter your access code correctly to participate in the presale.
9. Do I get an access code from AXS even though I registered for Ticket Verified Fan?
Yes. If you apply for CARAT MEMBER - VERIFIED FAN PRESALE on Weverse and also registered for Ticketmaster Verified Fan, you can get an access code for all of the shows for SEVENTEEN WORLD TOUR [BE THE SUN] - NORTH AMERICA.

Please note that 100% of tickets to the SEVENTEEN WORLD TOUR [BE THE SUN] - NORTH AMERICA shows will be available for purchase during the CARAT MEMBER - VERIFIED FAN PRESALE. Registering as a SEVENTEEN GLOBAL OFFICIAL FANCLUB CARAT MEMBERSHIP holder is your best chance at securing tickets. If all tickets are purchased during the CARAT MEMBER - VERIFIED FAN PRESALE, there will not be a General Verified Fan Presale or General Public Onsale.
