- This event may be changed or canceled without prior notice.
- The special gift cannot be exchanged for other products.
- Exchange/refund of your purchases due to defective special gifts is not available.
- If you request an exchange of your purchases that include a special gift, you must return the product only (excluding the special gift). When exchanging, the gift will not be resent.
- If you request a refund of your purchases that came with special gifts, you must return both the product and the special gifts. If the special gifts are not returned, your refund cannot be granted.

- The coupon can be downloaded after logging in to Weverse Shop, and multiple downloads are allowed per ID.
- The coupon can be used after it is downloaded, and cannot be applied retroactively to orders paid for before the download.
- Only 1 shipping coupon can be used per combined shipment.
- Once the coupon expires, it will be deleted automatically and cannot be reissued.
- The coupon cannot be converted into real cash.

- The coupon used will be restored if the entire order is canceled or returned. However, a coupon that has already expired cannot be used even if restored.
- If an order no longer meets the coupon requirements following a partial cancellation or return, the coupon discount amount will be deducted from the total refund (excluding cancellations or returns caused by seller error).
- Return shipping fees will be charged based on the standard shipping fee before the coupon discount was applied.
