Change Details

  • The new price's effective date may vary depending on your App Market, region, and original subscription start date.
  • In some areas, you'll need to agree to the price change before it can take effect.
  • If you do not wish to pay at the updated price, you must cancel your subscription before the next renewal date.

Select one of the two methods to keep your subscription active.
And continue your conversations with the artists!

Switch to Web

By switching to web subscription, you can continue your conversations with the artists at the original price of 15 Jelly.

If you'd like to keep your consecutive subscription days and switch your payment method to web, please check below for details.

Step 1

Cancel your app subscription

To switch to the web subscription next month, please cancel your current app subscription first.

For Apple App Store

  1. [Settings] Launch the App (gray gear icon)
  2. Tap the Apple ID tab at the top
  3. Select [Subscriptions]
    → Check your active subscription details
  4. Select the Weverse DM subscription you wish to cancel
  5. Tap [Cancel Subscription]
  6. Select [Confirm] on the pop-up

For Google Play Store

  1. Launch the Google Play Store app
  2. Tap your profile icon
    (profile picture/initial icon in the top right)
  3. Select [Payments & subscriptions]
    → [Subscriptions]
  4. Select the Weverse DM subscription you wish to cancel
  5. Tap [Cancel subscription]
  6. Choose a cancellation reason
    and tap [Cancel subscription]

Step 2

Resubscribe on Web

To keep your consecutive subscription days, resubscribe on the website within 7 days after your app subscription expires.

Registered Users (Auto Purchase Method)

  1. Go to the Weverse DM web subscription page
  2. Click More (top right)
  3. Select Manage subscriptions
  4. Under Expired DM subscriptions, find the DM product you want to resume and click Start again
  5. Web subscription payment successful!
    (+Check your consecutive subscription days)

Unregistered Users (Auto Purchase Method)

  1. Jelly Shop → Manage Automated Payments
  2. Click Add automated payment methods
  3. Select payment currency (KRW / USD / JPY)
    and payment method (credit/debit card for KRW, PayPal for USD and JPY)
  4. Review the information, select Agree to All, and click Add
  5. Enter your card information, agree to all required terms, and click Next
  6. Card registered successfully!
  7. Go to the Weverse DM web subscription page
  8. Click More (top right)
  9. Select Manage subscriptions
  10. Under Expired DM subscriptions, find the DM product you want to resume and click Start again
  11. Web subscription payment successful!
    (+Check your consecutive subscription days)
  • Even after canceling your app subscription, you may continue using the service until the expiration date.
  • If you undo the cancellation in your Apple App Store or Google Play Store settings, your subscription will revert to the app subscription and automatically renew at the new price once your web subscription expires.
  • If you canceled next month’s subscription in the app and completed web subscription payment within 7 days but your subscription days were still reset, please contact Help.

Renew on App

If you agree to the price change as follows, you can continue chatting with the artist directly in the app at the new price.

Option 1

For Apple App Store

1. Open [Settings] app2. Go to your Apple ID3. Select [Subscriptions]4. Choose the subscription you want to keep5. Select [Agree] to Subscription Price Increase

Option 2

For Google Play Store

1. Open Google Play Store app2. Select your Google account3. Go to [Payments & subscriptions]4. Select [Subscriptions]5. Tap [see price details] for the subscription you want to keep6. Select [Agree]

  • After this change takes effect, new subscribers on the app will pay the changed price.
  • The consent notification and the new price's effective date may vary depending on your App Market, region, and original subscription start date.

Eligibility

Weverse DM subscribers who began their subscription before December 19, 2025, 1:00 PM (KST) through app markets

How to Participate

All Weverse DM subscribers who renew their app subscription at the new price during the event period will be automatically entered.
