How to Make a Reservation After Purchasing Items(s) for Pick-Up
Instructions
- ① Weverse → Shop on the bottom left → BTS → Purchase products from [CDMX j-hope POP-UP] under the PICK-UP category
- ② Weverse → More → My Orders → Check your order number
- ③ Select [Manage Pick-ups]
- ④ Find available timeslots on the reservation status page, and select one (date and time) to make a reservation.
Please Note
- * Customers who purchase the On-Site Pick-up products can reserve a timeslot to visit.
- * If you do not show up for your time slot, your reservation will be canceled.
- * You can visit only once per person.
- * You must pick up all your purchases at once. You cannot pick up a part of your purchases.
- * You can find available timeslots on the reservation status page.
- * You can cancel your reservation and make another one before your timeslot ends.
